"He varies each session so you don't get bored. What's also good is that he is very patient with me and at the moment isn't pushing me too hard as he can see that I'm still getting used to it.
I'd recommend Neil to anyone. I'm physically a mess but after only having 5 sessions with him I've already noticed how much better I feel about myself and I've lost a bit of weight too!

"I met Neil on 1st February and started working with him on the 10th. Neil is very encouraging and makes you believe you can achieve. He is very supportive and not at all intimidating. He helps you achieve without shouting or belittling, which I really appreciate.
